1. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds
- Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition (tags/labels intact, no damage).
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
Exceptions:
- Customized, personalized, or perishable items (e.g., food, cosmetics) are final sale.
- Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
2. How to Initiate a Return
