• Risk of Loss: Responsibility for products transfers to you upon delivery. Report damaged/missing items within 1 days.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Eligibility: Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery if products are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after receiving returned items.
• Non-Refundable Items: Customized, perishable, or intimate products (e.g., underwear) are final sale.
